RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customer care is very important to us and we want you to know that we always strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please send us a photo of the damaged item, along with your full name and order number (please note that this must be within 7 days of receiving your order).

Our Customer Care Team will send out a replacement for your product and you should expect to receive it within 7 days.

​

You are not required to return any damaged or faulty items. However, please ensure you discard them safely and carefully.
